Discovery phase
Running design jams, discussing about different ideas, looking at the competition, looking at the new technologies , etc.
Then picking the best idea and make some wireframes in Sketch in order to present to the stakeholders.
Design phase
Design thinking applies in all our design. All wireframes should be desirable, feasible and viable. So collaboration with product designers and developers, as well as usability testing are the key in order to deliver the right design.
Usability testing
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have to use online tools for the user testing. Prior to book the sessions I always make sure scripts are approved, Bingo sheet is ready and SUS and NPS forms are ready to be sent.
So after the sessions I can jump on the report deck and present to the team.
Stakeholder engagement
After each round of test, we present the findings to the stakeholders and let them know about our next steps.
We make sure that developers are also across the findings too.
